YSS Services™ LLC (hereinafter in this document “Company”, “we” or “us” or “our” refers to YSS Services LLC) offers the budgeting software, namely, Easy Budgets™, which can be accessed in Web through our Websites ( www.yss-services.com; www.yssservices.com; www.easy-budgets.com; www.easybudgets.in; www.easy-budgets.in) and downloaded to your mobile devices from the application stores (Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store), if and when available. (Hereinafter in this document: 1) Websites refers to all of these: “ www.yss-services.com; www.yssservices.com; www.easy-budgets.com; www.easybudgets.in; www.easy-budgets.in” 2) Web and Mobile Applications (if and when available) refers to our Easy Budgets™ software tool available over the Web and Mobile Application Stores.)
The Terms and Conditions laid out in this document, together with any documents expressly incorporate(d) by reference (collectively, called as “Terms of Service”), will govern your access to and use of our Websites and Easy Budgets™ software (available through Web and Mobile Application Stores (if and when available)) including but not limited to functionality, subscriptions, support services and receipt of communications related to services, subscriptions and promotions, whether as a guest or as a registered user. Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you access and sign-up to our Websites, Web and/or Mobile applications (if and when available).
By using our Websites or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service, when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of our Websites, Web and Mobile Applications thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Governing Law and Jurisdiction will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice prior to the date the change is posted on the Websites, Web and Mobile Applications and any of our services that we provide through these platforms.

You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We have the right to disable or suspend any username, password, account or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time, if in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of financial data obtained from any third party sites that are displayed or reported through our Websites, Web and Mobile Applications or any of our services.
The Company, however, is not responsible for and cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any financial account information we retrieve on your behalf directly, from third party technology providers, from third party financial institutions where your accounts are held, or from third party research/market data providers used to provide the Services. The Company may not be able to foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties which may result in failure to obtain data, personalization settings or other service interruptions. The Company assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, deletion, non-delivery or failure to store any user data, loss of user data, communications or personalization settings.
By accessing and using our Websites and Web and Mobile Applications’ services which may aggregate third party financial account transactions and data, you expressly authorize and direct the Company, on your behalf, to electronically retrieve your account information maintained by third party financial institutions with which you have a legally binding customer relationship. Subject to our privacy procedures as described in the Privacy Policy, the Company may work with one or more third party financial service technology providers to access and retrieve your Account Information.
For purposes of this agreement and solely to obtain and provide the account information to you, which is needed for you, as part of the services, you grant the company a LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY, AND APPOINT THE COMPANY AS YOUR ATTORNEY-IN-FACT AND AGENT, with full power of substitution and re-substitution, for you and in your name, place and stead, in any and all capacities, to access third party sites, servers or documents, retrieve information and use your information with the full power and authority to do and perform each and every act and thing requisite and necessary to be done in connection with such activities, as fully to all intents and purposes as you could do in person.
You acknowledge and agree that when the company is accessing and retrieving account information from third party sites, the COMPANY IS ACTING AS YOUR AGENT, AND NOT AS THE AGENT OF OR ON BEHALF OF ANY THIRD PARTY. These Terms of Service permit you to use our Websites, Web and Mobile Applications for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our Websites, Web and Mobile Applications.
No rights, title or interest on these is transferred to you and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. The Company name "YSS Services™" and the term " Easy Budgets™" and the Easy Budgets™ logo are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on our Websites, Web and Mobile Applications, if present, are the trademarks of their respective owners.
You may use our Websites, Web and Mobile Applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Use of any application(s), plugin(s), script(s) or other program(s) that interacts with or acts as a plugin to our Websites, Web and Mobile Applications’ API does so at the risk of its users and developers. All information we collect on our Websites, Web and Mobile applications subjects to our Privacy Policy. By using the Websites, Web and Mobile applications, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
You can purchase our Web and Mobile application services by paying subscription fees on monthly or annual basis. Payment can be made online through valid visa or master cards. We use the industry standard payment gateways for payment and refund processing. We collect your payment card information while you make payment for subscriptions and renewals, but we do not store your payment card information in our Websites, Web and Mobile applications. We use Payment Component from Stripe for subscriptions and renewals payments processing and for refund processing. Storage of your payment card information to process payments for subscriptions and renewals are governed by the policies of Payment Processing company – Stripe ( www.stripe.com).
Subscribed users can cancel their subscription at any time online. On cancellation, you can continue to use our services for the subscribed period and your account will be made inactive after end of the subscribed period. If you need a refund, you have to delete the account. Deletion of your account will delete all of your data excluding the email address. Refund amount will be pro-rated including applicable taxes, from the time account is deleted, for the unused future months of service when paid for in advance.
Full amount will be refunded, if the account is deleted within 24 hours from the time the subscription amount is paid. It will take 7-10 business days to process the refund. We will not offer refunds for past days or for past months where you didn’t use the service.
We provide certain period of time as free subscription period during which you can register and use Easy Budgets™ application on Web and Mobile at no cost. We have the rights to change (increase or decrease) or discontinue the free subscription period, anytime, at our discretion.
For cancelled accounts, the account will be available to be reactivated up to 180 days from the time of subscription expiration. After this period of time, all of your data will be deleted like the deleted account. However this retention time period is subjected to change.
For trial or subscription expired accounts, the account will be available to be subscribed or renewed up to 180 days from the time of trial or subscription expiration. After this period of time, all of your data will be deleted like the deleted account. However this retention time period is subjected to change.
The fee amount collected is only for the period of the time the user has subscribed for and it is not guaranteed the services will be provided for the same cost, when the subscription is renewed at the end of their subscription period. We have the rights to increase or decrease the services cost. Taxes will be applied to your subscription payment and collected as governed by the laws and regulations of the country to which the purchase belongs to.
Your subscription cost for our services will be billed as “YSS EASY BUDGETS”. All payment is billed in advance and payment is collected in advance to use our services.
Websites/Web/Mobile Applications Maintenance information will be displayed on YSS Easy Budgets™ Websites or Easy Budgets™ Web Application and Mobile Applications 3 days before the scheduled maintenance. However we will not be able to display the downtime hours for any system failures that occurs beyond our control.
For any questions or for any support related to the use of our Websites or Web or Mobile applications, you can reach us at support@easy-budgets.com. Support will be available only through email and any issues related to login or working of the applications will be resolved offline and will be notified to you through your contact email address provided to us. If required, only on need basis and based on the severity of the issue, our team will reach out to you to provide telephone support.
You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Websites or the Web/Mobile Applications will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data. Any administrative or service-related emails (to confirm a purchase, or an update to this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, etc.) generally do not offer an option to unsubscribe as they are necessary to provide the Services you requested.

You can access the budget data that you have in our application exporting your budgets and transactions data.
The services offered by YSS Services are operated from the United States. If you are located outside of the United States and choose to use our services or provide information to us, you acknowledge and understand that your information will be transferred, processed and stored in the United States, as it is necessary to provide the services and perform the Terms of Service.
